This is an essential step that you need to follow, in order to make sure that your attic can be transformed into a gym. However, if everything is perfect, then you can follow the next steps that will lead you to the desired result.

Prepare the room for habitation

What you need to do next is to secure very well the insulation between studs and joists, in order to hold warmth during winter. By doing so, you will feel ultra comfortable at all times, which is exactly what you need in order to find your workout extremely enjoyable.

Install a heater
